Their on-site abattoir and butcher shop can cut and wrap to your specifications. They raise chickens, pigs and cows and sell chicken, pork, beef and eggs. They are passionate about farming and offer informative farm tours by appointment.
Owners Tristan and Aubyn are proud of their relationship with the land and their commitment to improving the environment and the community. “I love setting goals and laying out plans, and then seeing them slowly come to life over the years,” said Tristan.

Tristan and Aubyn love the open spaces, the wildness and the natural beauty of Lillooet. "We also love the personal service and attention at our other local businesses," said Tristan. Tristan and Aubyn have noticed a definite increase in the number of small businesses in Lillooet in the past few years. "I believe that people are looking to support local businesses," said Tristan. They like to frequent Lillooet's small businesses especially Abundance Artisan Bakery Farma C, HOOH Organic Hop Company and the Kitchen at Fort Berens Estate Winery. Tristan is optimistic that as more small businesses open in Lillooet they will feed off and support one another.
Tristan enjoys and recommends the Texas Creek Road because there you can get a glimpse of an older way of life, see remnants of BC's early history, take in some spectacular canyon views and finally cross the Mighty Fraser, one of Canada's few remaining reaction ferries to Lytton.
